2021 SCOVIE WINNER!!! This is a very full bodied sauce. It has a very complex, almost overwhelming and yet completely balanced flavor profile. There is a bit of sweet, a bit of vinegar, a multi-layered complexity of spices and a fair amount of heat with each bottle having about 5-6 Habaneros!
Each bottle is crafted by hand and it takes about 170 fresh habaneros hand cut to make just 30 bottles.
And yes, each bottle comes with a little plastic dinosaur, just because dinosaurs are cool! (and I have little boys who influence almost every aspect of my life).
